You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Engage with existing and prospective insurance customers by phone, email, texting, and in person.
- Provide remarkable service for existing customers’ need, to drive retention. You'll answer customer inquiries, provide policy information, assist customers with policy changes, updates, process insurance claims and follow up with customers as needed.
- Uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions from State Farm or alliance products.
- Develop new prospective customers using various methods

This is in-office position at a local State Farm Agency located on the far north side of Chicago. This position is with an established State Farm Agent's office, not State Farm Companies.
Compensation $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per hour
