Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member
Part Time in Chicago - IL
State Farm Agent (Chicago 60618 – North-Center) is hiring a Part-Time, In-Office Team Member!
We’re looking for an energetic, motivated, coachable person who enjoys helping people, generating leads, and providing great customer service. Short commute to 60618 (North Side) is required!
Hours Mon–Fri daytime (exact schedule TBD)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects to promote State Farm products
- Identify, qualify, and document leads (CRM/data entry)
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for licensed team members
- Answer general questions and provide basic insurance information
- Maintain/update a CRM and keep prospect/customer records organized
- Support customer retention and ongoing service needs
- Perform all other administrative tasks and customer retention duties as needed
- Stay up-to-date on State Farm products/services and follow all compliance guidelines
- Submit regular reports on calls, leads, and appointments
Qualifications
- Insurance license preferred (must obtain required licenses ASAP if not licensed)
- Comfortable using CRM tools and entering data accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Positive, organized, reliable, and coachable
- Fast learner with the ability to perform consistently during office hours
Pay / Benefits
- $17.00–$23.00 per hour
- Base pay (DOE) + incentive pay based on production
- Training and development, with potential to grow into a future full-time role
- Help getting licensed
This is a position with a State Farm Insurance Agent (not State Farm Companies).
